Windows 10 customer participation - how to ensure I am not enroled

[ Edited ]
Product Name: HP Desktop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm running Windows 10.

I recently had an HP pop up for a usage survey which I filled in. What was not at all clear was that I was enroling in the customer participation program. It said I could opt out at any time, but the program to do this did not appear in the list of programs when I went to the start menu (as the survey suggested I could). I have now uninstalled the program HP customer participation on the basis that it won't be able to send any information across to HP.

Does any one know know how to confirm that I am not enroled?

Thanks

HP Customer participation app issue. Is that right?

I would like to help you.

As you rightly said, once you have uninstalled the program,

you need not worry about the program asking to enrol again. It’s a onetime offer only.

Hope it helps.

Happy posting.
