Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)
I am having a problem in starting my laptop.It is just blinking but not Loading the operating system.Please help me to fix this problem.

Turn the computer off.

Turn the computer on, and look for a message like "press <blah> to run HP hardware diagnostics".

Press that <blah> key.

Run those hardware tests, and tell us what it reports.
