@edne

Thank you Edmond for replying with this information. 🙂

I understand that you have an HP All-in-One - 22-2017nb PC. I read that you have connected a Belkin 4.0 Bluetooth adapter to this PC and the Loewe SoundVision Wireless Audio System is unable to locate your PC. The audio system is however able to find all smartphone and other laptop computers. Fabulous analysis. Spectacular diagnosis of the issue before posting. Kudos to you for that.

I would like to know the following information to assist you better:

  • Have you tried connecting the Belkin Bluetooth adapter to another USB port on your HP PC and then checked?
  • Does your HP PC detect other Bluetooth devices with the Belkin Bluetooth adapter connected to it?

Meanwhile, I suggest you to perform the steps from this link to isolate and fix the issue: Using Bluetooth Devices (Windows 10, 😎

I sincerely hope this fixes the issue. Keep me posted. Cheers! 🙂
