Hello,
Wich plug in would i chose to make contact with "loewe sound vision audio system"
The sound vision makes no contact with the computer alltough i have a bleutooth plug in(belkin 4.0)
in the computer, there is no problem for the audio to find all smartphone and other laptop computers.
the only thing he cant find is the computer.

I understand that you have an HP All-in-One - 22-2017nb PC. I read that you have connected a Belkin 4.0 Bluetooth adapter to this PC and the Loewe SoundVision Wireless Audio System is unable to locate your PC. The audio system is however able to find all smartphone and other laptop computers. Fabulous analysis. Spectacular diagnosis of the issue before posting. Kudos to you for that.
I would like to know the following information to assist you better:
- Have you tried connecting the Belkin Bluetooth adapter to another USB port on your HP PC and then checked?
- Does your HP PC detect other Bluetooth devices with the Belkin Bluetooth adapter connected to it?
