The coolin fan is making to much noise  what could i do?

Need assistance in fixing the issue about the loud cooling fan on the PC. Did I get it right?

 

I request you to elaborate the sound from the cooling fan.

 

 Does it sound like rattling noise or grinding noise or crackling noise?
