Hi i have an elite 8300 cmt i7 , i want to upgrade my psu from 320w till 650watt but i have problem with the connectors... any solution?

Have not looked at what power supply you have or your MB specs.
You will have to look to HP for an upgraded power supply if HP has used proprietary power connections on the mainboard.
A standard power supply sold by Seasonic, or Corsair, Or Super Fower may not work.

There is a solution offered by the UK. It is a power adapter. You will have to follow the links, the UTube video, and any related lead to source the adapter. Here is the link.
Your viewpoint is correct. The 8000-8300 use proprietary power connections on the mainboard. It's a 2x3 and 2x2 scheme.
