HP Photosmart 7525 e-Printer

only saying to plug the hardline phone jack supplied with product into my home phone wall outlet. Dont have a phone wall outlet in my home...only ATT internet svc with an extra phone line added onto my svc.

Thanks for the post. 

 

I understand that would like to know why would you have to connect the printer to the phone jack if it is wireless. You would need to connect the printer to a phone jack on the wall outlet only if you want to use the fax feature on your printer. Fax can only be sent/received over a phone line. If you do not want the fax feature, you can leave it disconnected and continue to use the printer.
