Turn off your PC, unplug it from the wall, open up the side panel, and find the jumper marked "CLR_PSWRD" or something like that near the bottom right of the board. Swap the jumper onto pins 2 and 3 (opposite of what it is now) and let it sit for 10 minutes. Then put the jumper back to where it was and see if it works.

i already try that, there is 2 pin, am i have to move both pin? because i move both pin and wait about more than 30 minute and the password still there....

Yes. Did you also remove the CMOS battery?
