Hello, @kaboluna – Hope you are well 🙂

Thanks for reaching out to HP support forums! This is a wonderful location to converse with the community, get assistance and find tips.

Going through your post, I am not sure whether you are facing an issue with the Internet explorer or with the network connection itself. I hope you can clarify on that.

Alternatively, if the issue is with the IE, then try to use a different browser and check (Google chrome / Mozilla Firefox). Or, you can simply reset the IE as explained below:

  • Press the "windows key" + "r" to get the "Run" window open - Type "inetcpl.cpl" and press enter.
  • “Internet Properties” window opens. Go to “Advanced” tab and then click on “Reset” option.
  • Make sure you check the box which says “Delete the personal settings”. Restart the Internet explorer and then try to browse.

For further assistance, I need to know your computer model number. You can check http://hp.care/2bygf7l for instructions on how to find the product details.

Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance.

Good luck 🙂
