Please take a look at this approach: HP EliteBook Notebook PCs - How to Change or Customize the BIOS Logo | HP® Customer Support.  However, customizing your BIOS logo image may be a bit more involved, as per this discussion thread: [SOLVED] Custom Bios Logo on HP 8100 Elite CMT (spiceworks.com).
