If so, then most likely, the answer is NO -- as HP only actively supports Windows 10 on PCs made after August 2013 and has produced no indication regarding when or if they will be supporting Windows 10 on older PCs.

For free, you can download Windows 10, and write it to an 8GB (or larger) USB memory-stick, and then boot your computer from this memory-stick to re-install Windows 10 (the "July 2016 Anniversary Update" version) when needed.
Then, run Windows Update to get the latest security-updates.
