Thanks for taking an interest in the HP Support Forums! After reading your post I see that your memory card is getting issues with the memory card. I would like to help you out with this issue today.

However, I will need a few details to provide an accurate solution,

  • Insert the memory card in different pc and check if that works.

Meanwhile:

Update the memory card drivers.

Click here and follow the document to update the drivers.

Reply with the result of the above-mentioned steps, for further assistance.

I thank you for your response and understand the situation well.

  • Click Start , type Device Manager into the Search box, and press Enter. Click Device Manager in the search results.
  • In the Device Manager, the card should be located within USB DevicesDrives, or Other Devices.
  • Once the card is located, right-click on it and select Uninstall.
  • Remove and reinsert the card. The computer will scan for the card.

Click here and follow the steps mentioned in the document to fix this issue.

Let me know how it goes.

Cheers.

Thank you for your reply, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that the issue has not resolved after following the steps mentioned in the previous interaction.

This could be a hardware issue with the memory card.
