hp pavilion elite m9470a pc often shut down unexpectedly

hi, my computer is only about 1month old. it open shut down unecpectedly. at first screen shows long sentece in blue screen but i cant read thru coz it quickly change the screen, then  it become blue screen with hp logo and ask me "recovery, set up, diagnosrtic or boot menu". i have to click "boot menu" to get out that screen. also after that often shut down again. i have to repeat the same things to start computer. it especially happens when i'm using internet. i'll be crazy!!! this computer is new but it was quite slow from begining. my partner thought ram chip is not big enough so he opened computer. ram chip was good. but that's why it's not under warrnty anymore. please help me. i'll attach problem details. thank you

This is a tough one to troubleshoot.  Check inside your system to make sure all the fans are running correctly.  

 

If you don't have important data on the system, I suggest factory recovery, F11 from startup after HP logo. 

 

If you created the recovery disc, try factory recovery with a different hard disc.
