my printer is set for portrait  printing but when printing a bank statement it switches to landscape, which I don't want. It only started doing these a couple of months ago

Hi! @LeeB3608, Welcome to HP forums.

I understand that while printing bank statements your printer prints in landscape mode.

Don't worry I will try to help you out.

Try changing the orientation in the program you are trying to use.

If the issue still persists uninstall the printer software from your PC and install the full feature software.

Link to download the full feature printer software.

Also, please provide the operating system you are using.

Please let me know if this helps!

Have a pleasant day ahead! 🙂
