hp solutions framework service process has high cpu usage on task manager

HP ENVY Notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Every time i start my laptop up, this process is taking 20%+ cpu usage and slowing my laptop down entirely. I believe that this is a very recent change as before it wasn't 20%+

This didn'ytsolve the issue but after endingthe process and restarting i have not had the issue again
