As I understand you have lost the USB receiver for your Wireless keyboard and the mouse and you would need help with this, I'll be really glad to help you.

I would like to inform you that, you need to purchase a new keyboard and mouse as the wireless receivers are not sold separately.

You could either purchase it online by visiting our HP Part store or you could contact our HP phone support.
