i just bought an HP Pavillion all in one pc 27 but my pc games starts to have slow motiion problems?

i just bought an HP Pavillion all in one pc 27 but my pc games starts to have slow motiion problems every time i try to play evil within?i cannot play it properly i just unboxed it 4 days ago?why is it?

Intel Core i7-6700T with Intel HD Graphics 530 (2.8 GHz, up to 3.6 GHz, 8 MB cache, 4 cores)

27" Full HD 1920x1080 Touch Screen Display

AMD Radeon R7 360 4GB Graphics

16GB DDR3L RAM

2TB 7200rpm Hard Disk

I read your post about the performance issue, and wanted to assist you!

 

To start, can you provide me with the Product Number of the desktop?  Here is a link you can use that will help you find your Model and Product Number:
HP Customer Support - Products

 

In the meantime, do you only have this issue while trying to play The Evil Within?  I understand that the desktop is brand new.  Have you tried updating all the Graphics, BIOS, and Chipset drivers?  You can also try reviewing the following documents:

HP PCs - Computer Locks Up or Freezes (Windows 10, 8)

HP PCs - Computer Is Slow (Windows 10)

 

Double check that the game is not taking over the desktop.  Strange things may begin to happen around Chapter 5!
