installing better power supply 510-p030

Pavilion 510-p030
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a pavilion 510-p030 that has 180 wats power supply.  I need to upgrade the graphics card to one with 4 DVI ports.  I can't find a graphics card that doesn't require at least 250 wats power supply.  Can I install a new power supply modular in the Pavilion?  If so what type?

Hello@matt96,

Welcome to the HP Forums!

I have read your post and understand that you wish to upgrade the power supply in order to upgrade the Video card n the PC. I will definitely help you.

HP Doesn’t recommend you to upgrade downgrade the parts on the PC as it has not been tested for any kind of optimal performance on the PC.

However, I suggest you to check with local tech or a store who should be able to help you with the right upgrade parts.

Hope that answers your question. Let me know for more.
