internal drive

I have this pc in my fullsize jukebox and I am running out of disc space on my [C] drive.It is an older pc but works for what I need it for.My question is can I add a internal hard drive to this unit and what is a good one to get

You can replace the existing internal storage with a larger (capacity) HDD. Also depending on the size of your machine, you can add a second HDD to it using the following instructions

Please try:

1. Buy a larger (capacity) HDD,

2. Clone existing HDD to new HDD using the following free software

3. Swap HDD (using the above link).
