As I understand you are having issues uninstalling Itunes from your HP Desktop PC. Don't worry as I have a few steps to help you get through this concern,

In this scenario, we can help you with Window user account but not with iTunes or  Apple store password.

Please follow the steps suggested in the guided troubleshooter - Click here

In case if you want to uninstall the iTunes, you could either use any third party program such as Revo Uninstaller or Ccleaner.

Similarly, you can uninstall the program by logging into Safe mode with networking, using this link.

Please respond to this post with the result of your troubleshooting. I look forward to hearing from you.

Simple question: since you said that iTunes is "erased", can you download the "full" iTunes program, and install it, to effect a "repair" of the corrupted installation?
