Hello thiaudio, Usually a serial port driver is installed from within the chipset drivers for the motherboard chipset.

Here  is the link for the Intel Chipset drivers for your system.

Please let us know if this does not correct the issue.

Hi:

As Hanpuppa suggests, install the chipset driver and reboot. That is always best, but it will not get rid of your missing PCI serial port device

Please click on the devices in the device manager. Then click on the details tab. Post the top string of characters you see there.

The missing PCI device could be:

AMT driver, IMEI driver, or TPM driver, and without those device details, I can't say for sure.

AMT driver (most likely)

TPM Driver:

IMEI driver:

Please provide the device details, but you can try these and see what happens.

If they don't install, you may have to manually install the driver but I then have to know exactly which device is missing.
