What is the newest compatible  UPGRADE cpu that i can install in this machine, ser#mxk5420nnn

@lionsgate131, welcome to the forum.

 

Here are the only processors that have been approved for use in the motherboard:

 

CPU/Processor
Socket: 775
Supports Pentium D (Smithfield) up to 3.2 GHz and Pentium4 (Prescott) up to 580 and 670

 

They are the only ones that are supported.  There is a chance that any others will not work.
