office 2016

Envy 24-N014
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The latest windows 10 update crashed my office 2016 and won't let me open my word documents.  Does anyone have a solution for this?  I have run updates on the office 2016 with no results.  Here is the pop up I am getting when I try to open a document.

[Window Title]
Microsoft Word

Microsoft Word has stopped working

Smckown, welcome to the forum.

Since both products, OS and MS Office, are Microsoft's, I suggest contacting their Customer Service for help with your problem.  They are the experts on their products and should be able to easily help you.

Please click the Thumbs up + button if I have helped you and click Accept as Solution if your problem is solved.
