What is the product number or cmplete product name of your desktop PC?
All you have provided is the model series name. The HP Omni desktop comes from a large series.
Open The PC and disconnect and then reconnect the hard disk SATA cable connection at both ends and then reconnect it.
Once done with that try to boot to Windows.
If that fails, then it is time to replace the hard disk with a new one and use the recovery media to reinstall the operating system.
The following link is to an Omni AIO PC. I picked one randomly since you did not specify which one you have. Choose hard drive cable to see how to remove it.
