My system has a 180w power supply in it. Right now I have a Intel Core i5 4460 3.2GHz processor and a AMD Radeon HD 5450 in it. How hight of a power supply can I put in it?

The recommendation would be 650W max.  The most recommended is the Corsair CX600.

Here's a link to your present PSU.   The physical size is:

Standard ATX PSU measurements (324 x 212).jpg

Also be aware of Secure Boot (WIN8/8.1/10)

I have the 4 pin atx connectors on my motherboard. I saw that the Corsair CX600  power supply as the 8pin atx connector on. Will it be able to be put on my motherboard?
