 Now, some help, I hope.

Let’s assume you have the HP Photosmart 5510 e-All-in-One.

Let's assume your label is the 5474, as there is no 4574.

Please refer to the manual, Pg15, for loading 4x6 paper.

The software is an issue. If you have MS Office, you can download the Avery add-on for MS Office. In that application, you will find the correct template # 5474 for printing.

This system is feedback driven thru Solution and Kudo flags. It's the only means of knowing if you have been served.
Please click Accept as Solution, if your problem is solved. To say THANK YOU, press the "thumbs up symbol" to render a KUDO. You can render both Solution and KUDO..

Re: printing labels

thank you for your replies....and your suggesting I am an "energizing bunny"....since I am in my 70's,  that is a compliment.

Yes,  i do have the HP 5510 wiwreless printer.  I have been trying very unsuccessfully for weeks to print these labels.  I have printed out page 15 of the manual,  contacted Avery etc.  The down load of the software was successful.  The missing link however,is that MY printer does not appear to have  separate input/output trays.   I was able to position the label using the appropriate width guide,  but it did not work.  I am wondering if there are different versions of the 5510 printer.  I guess I'll have to revisit Best Buy to find out     I am suspecting I will have the same problems if/when I try to print envelopes.

thank you again....
