HP OMNI 220 PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After reinstalling  Windows 10 on my all-in-one, I discovered that I have no audio. The icon says "No audio output device is installed", and I already tried removing and installing drivers with no luck.  Any advice?

Hey @rraaffaa,

Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post.

I understand that you are not getting any audio from your computer after reinstalling Windows 10 on your computer. Don't worry, I will be glad to help.

Kudos to you for reinstalling the audio driver and checking.

Have you run HP Support Assistant or the troubleshooter from the control panel to check and resolve the issue automatically?

May I know the exact product number of your computer? Click here for assistance.

Recommend you to run HP Support Assistant to make sure all the drivers are updated on your computer. Click here to know more.

If the issue persists, please run the audio troubleshooter available in the control panel of your notebook.

Try the troubleshooter available at this link and let me know how it goes.

Also, if possible please run an audio test by booting the computer to system diagnostics mode. Click here for assistance.

Let me know if this helped.

If the information I've provided was helpful,

Please give us some reinforcement by clicking the "Accepted Solution" and "Kudos" buttons,

That’ll help us and others see that we’ve got the answers!

Good Luck.
