Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When i try to defrag my recovery drive it says needs to be optimized but races thru and stays at 22 percent

Hi:

 

You should never try to defragment the recovery drive.

 

They are factory recovery images and that is the way they are set up.

 

Optimizing the recovery partition may in rare cases, cause it not to work.

 

On some recovery partitions the defragmenter won't optimize it at all.
