sound is not working

HP Recommended
TOUCHSMART 620 3-D
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I went back to factury setting by using Recovery Manager.  Originaly I has Windows 7 but some time ago I update it to Windows 10.

 

I reinstalled Operating System from recovery discks which has Windows 10. After completing the installaion and Windows 10 updates, I started the computer but ther was no sound.

 

I have the following under sound:

 

Sound, video and game controllers

       AMD High Definition Audio Devise

       AVerMedia H323 MiniCard Hybird ATSC

       IDT High Definition Audio CODEC

 

Also, I have another problem, I downloaded Steam and burchased Microsoft Flight Simulator Steam Addition, but every time I try to lounch it, is shutdown immediately.

 

I appreciate you immediate help in resoving both issue.
