Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My system has been "wiped clean" and I do not have recovery disks. Is there a way to create those disks from a download? I tried going through Microsoft, but since my computer was preloaded I needed to contact HP. When going through the HP site, I am offered this forum for help (my guess is because my warranty is expired).

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Hello

If you have COA sticker on PC with Microsoft product key then you can download Windows 7 Home or Pro COEM, 32 bit or 64 bit version, here. You need this Microsoft product key when installing windows 7.

Burn .ISO to dvd or create USB using Rufus. Use FAT32 file system when make USB Windows 7 boot stick.

Grzy
