touchpad sensitivity on pavillion x360 m3 convertible laptop

PAVILION X360 M3 CONVERTIBLE
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I JUST BOUGHT THIS COMPUTER AND I THINK I NEED TO ADJUST THE TOUCH PAD SENSITIVITY.  WHEN TYPING I GENTLY TOUCH IT AND THE CURSOR FLIES OUT OF CONTROL ON TO ANOTHER PART OF THE PAGE.

THIS IS A TOUCH SCREEN COMPUTER SO WOULD THERE ALSO BE A WAY TO MAKE IT HARDER FOR THE SCREEN TO RECOGNIZE THE TOUCH?

Hi,

See the sections Adjusting TouchPad or ClickPad pointing sensitivities & Preventing accidental clicks (mouse cursor moves while typing)

Regards,
