When attempting to use PC I get the message Explorer.exe Application error unable to start correctly (0xc0000022) click OK to close the application. Clicking OK results in a continually flickering ring. I cannot access the Internet in safe mode, so cannot carry out a System Restore. ScanNow resulted in 'no integrity violations' please help. J3nny
