You are running Windows 10 (function differently that earlier Microsoft OS)

A CHANGE in Computer Hardware Config (Processors) .... which the Win10 OS detects .... creates a Win10 License Exception

PATIENCE REQUIRED (I have seen up to 5 minutes with some computers).

Best to have an Internet connection for computer to contact Microsoft license activation servers.

According to Gabriel Aul, Vice President of Engineering for the Windows & Devices group at Microsoft, you can contact MS support from within Windows 10, explain your situation, and they’ll assist to activate Windows 10.

License Activation Process changed with Windows 10 Anniversary Edition
