please see this graphic card  CLICK HERE
see if i can use this with my Hp pavillion P6010in ...IF I CANNOT USE THEN SUGGEST ME WHAT I NEED TO DO TO USE THIS GRAHIC CARD

See Page 24 for video card replacement or addition. 

 

supports PCI Express x16 graphics cards

 

 

So yes the card you linked is compatible.

Yes, this desktop supports PCI Express X16 graphics cards, and you can install compatible cards.
