vs17e Monitor - OSD Lockout

When pushing any of the buttons, I get the message "OSD Lockout" & the only thing I can do is turn it off after having to push the power button twice.  I can't access the menu or even change the volume.  Is there anyway to fix this?  Please help!!!!!  Thanks!

Re: vs17e Monitor - OSD Lockout

Some color calibration tools, like BasciColor5, offery you to lock the OSD via software (to prevent users to change brightness etc, which will break the calibartion).

Maybe it's the direction to look/search. Hope it helps.

BTW, another tip here was "The fix... Holding down the menu botton on the monitor for 18 to 20 secs will lock and unlock the OSD."

Bye
