Product: HP Z620
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I Have purchased a 32 Gb Kingston upgrade for my Hp Z620.  When I opened up the case there is an additional board with a processor and ram slots.  I am not sure which one to add the new ram to.

You should find everything you need plus more in the HP Z620 quickspecs. There is a specific section detailing the loading order and compatibility of DIMM modules.
