wifi for HP ENVY 15-ah151sa not working

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought my HP laptop a month ago and I appear to be having wifi issues. The wifi drops out, but still says it is conected. I have troubleshooted the connection and windows identified a problem with my drivers. To fix the wifi I have to reset the wifi adapter, and then troubleshoot to turn on wifi capabilities (will not let me do it any other way) I have tried to update said drivers but nothing seems to be working! Not happy for a new laptop...

 

Do I have the right drivers? ... Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 3165

 

 

UPDATE: Issue has been solved after contacting HP customer support, they remoted into my laptop and have solved the issue. Would recommend, communiation was good and relatively hassle free and quick!

Update: I have recently been getting windows blue screen of deaths with two different errors

1. Netwtsys.02 (can't 100% remember the code for this but it was similar to this)

2. Driver power state

Hi,

I contected HP customer support, where they remoted into my laptop. Whatever they did has seemed to fix the issue, communication was easy and prompt. Highly recommend contacting them!
