will not reboot, indicated Critical Process died?

HP Pavillion p2 PC
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

will not reboot: error said: Critical Process Died, windows attemp restart, next message is your PC did not start correctly.

There is Advanced options, tried all I know. I had upgraded it to Windows 10.  Thanks!

Need assistance in fixing boot issue on the PC. Is that, Correct?

 

I was able to find a suitable link which ideally helps you perform the diagnostics and check if there are any faulty hardware components causing the issue.  

Please follow the links below in the same order and check if that helps you solve the issue.

If the test passes on all the components, then use the link below to run the recovery and check if that helps.

Select the operating system that came with the PC first in the below link.
