Hello. I thought everything is ok, when I received my new phone last week. I had troubles with double tap. Now on this new phone it works better. But now, am I unlucky or what, now the B&O speakers are bad. The voice is not clean at all. The ringtone, and if I listen to the music, etc through the phone speaker, the voice is very rough, broken. What can I do? I tried go back to the factory settings - no help.
