Product: Elite X3

My Elite X3 has an intermittent power fault. It will occasionaly refuse to charge and becomes an unresponsive `brick'. The problem appears to be random but has happened three times. I have taken it to the Microsoft store each time and they have been unable to identify a cause. My wife and I both have the same phone and we have tried to exchange chargers to see if that makes a difference. It doesn't, so it doean't seem to be a charger issue. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? I bought the phone as a business tool so it is a real problem when this happens without warning.

Owner of an expensive brick as well.  Was this ever resolved?
