HP Recommended

Now I have to restart phone so oftenly thus SD disconnection is not able to develop over time. This happens because of other issues - screen doesn't power off and phone not able to charge at least wirelessly.

 

Two latest issues started after "Creators" update.

 

I am begging, HP, please stop this bleeding wound. Let's organize SWAT team or do whatever to fix this.

It is very unfortunate for both Microsoft and your brand. Damage definitely goes beyond mobile.

 

I believe that solution is going to come. Please don't be silent and at lest inform us about your actions in regard to phone's issues.

 

Be committed to your fellow customers. 

I like your product and hope that you'll be able to fix best Windows phone ever.
