Product: Hp Elite X3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Sim card trey Will not read sim or sd card. Message said "Sd card removed and Sim not present. Emergency mode only". Now this is happening on both of my phones. I have to take out sim trey and put back in. Sometimes it will read it. But most times it will not. When it does. The phone will work for a brief time. Then the sd card removed message will pop up. No cards read. Emergency calls only.
I'm SO FRUSTRATED WITH THIS PHONE.... IT'S NOT USABLE NOW.... DONE with HP AND WINDOWS PHONES..... Move back to ANDROID and my Note 4 (Still works like a CHAMP).... Will be sticking with Android from here ON... Waiting for the NOTE 9 🕘...

Still using Android. Went back to Hp x3. The issue is the sd card slot in the phone (not working). The slot Will not recognize the card. Without that the sim card Will not work. So just left the sim card in without the sd card. The phone is working (about 4 days now). That's the issue on both phones. So the problem is with HP phone not MS.... Sd card slot is not recognize sd card.

Phone 📞 seems to work without the sd card in. That sucks. Most of my info is on my sd card. Have 256 card. All my info Will not fit on phone drive. Will Not purchase another HP product. I thought it was a MS issue. NOT... Was going to send in for repair. But Will not. Hassle shipping and being without a phone 📞. Was using old Note 4 (wasn't getting cell service). Cell service on HP X3 is better. So I'll use it till Note 9 comes or Flex phone.
