Product: Elite X3 /X5V52AA#UUF

hi..

I have my home wifi router locked out and freezes anytime I connect my hp elite x3 to the wifi.  I am using a Tplink latest model AC1750.

I have tried almost everything but nothing works.

can someone advice me on how to resolve this.
