issue with whatsapp for my Elite X3

Product Name: Elite X3 phone
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)


I am an HP employee and I do have an Elite X3, I can't use anymore the app Whatsapp. I am using it a lot, communicating with lots of people abroad. This is a real issue.

The apps doesn't open...I tried to de-install / re install ...I even re-initiate my phone completly with factory settings...

I don't know if it is due to the the new product firmware...

So I am now using my old NOKIA on windows 10 , and it works perfectly !


Do you have any  idea ?

What verison of WhatsApp do you have?


If you have already uninstalled and reinstalled WhatsApp, you may need to reset your phone.
