We haven't seen this issue with IE9 before since it is fully supported for the forum. Can you try to change the compatibility mode at the top of your IE9 and see if that fixes the issue? See below to locate the compatibility button.

It is grayed out. I selected tools>Compatibility view settings and Added HP.COM. That displays the Campatibility button (which is now blue), but didn't correct the problem.
