HP EliteBook Folio 9470m Ultrabook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I took the effort of going through the entire sign-up process, just come on here and say HP tech & support has gone down the tubes in past few years. I was running 100% HP datacenter and started mixing when HPE made the change to require extended support on servers for firmware etc. download privs. All the power to them...I just started buying non-hp whenever the requirement was more than 3 years.

Now just trying to download some drivers for regular business laptops has become difficult. HP Elitebook 9470M Ultrabook

says, "We are unable to retrieve the lis of drivers for your product. Please select the desired operating system..."

same message for Windows XP all the way upto Windows 10

I am sure this is a glitch, but that is what HP is lately become... A glitch in everything they do. Can't believe we are getting 3PAR stuff..., I am going to try to prevent that from happening ...in 3 years when we might need support, it'll just as bad as rest of HP ...incompetent. That is all thats left, anything of value at HP has already been sold off or spun off.
