You have created a powerful system for helping your clienets when things go wrong.  I like this.  WHAT I THINK IS MISSING IS:: YOU HAVEN'T PROVIDED A PLACE WHERE I COULD STORE THESE IMPORTANT MESSAGES YOU SEND TO REPAIR/FIX MY COMPUTER , PRINTER OR SYSTEM   i WOULD LIKE VERY MUCH IF YOU WOULD PROVIDE A MECHANISM AND SPACE WHERE I CAN SAVE AND LATER ACCESS THE MESSAGES YOU CREATE AND SEND!!
