hey got a question my computer is vista ready I've tried loading the digital camera software for photosmart M425/M55 onto my computer it loads but when I connect my camera to the computer  the camera reads in it's screen that the device is not found also have clicked on my hp solutions icon and it brings up that there is no info in it please help and I downloading the wrong version of the software for my computer I have a dellinspirion desktop and it has the space that's need for the software to load but it fails to load HELP
