HP REVERB

Hello All,

The short cable with the small display port like connectors is damaged and is making noise on screen and disconnects the headset from time to time. I need a replacement but contacted the official seller of spare parts but they don't have it in their DB. Anyone knows where to get these? It is starting to sound like I can just throw out the headset just because a short cable broke, so any help is appreciated.

Picture of the cable that I need:

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,

It seems like a hardware related issue. As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: www.hp.com/contacthp/

Unfortunately they have also been unable to help me. Seems like once the tiny peace of cable is broken you can pretty much buy a new VR headset
