Product: HP X24c Gaming Monitor
After about 12 hours in the off state, when you turn on the monitor and PC, artifacts appear on the monitor when you enter the password in Windows in the form of stripes on the screen; they disappear after about 10-20 seconds and do not appear during the entire use of the monitor, which is about 10 hours. This does not appear anywhere else in games or applications. distortions also appear when I open the monitor menu while this anomaly is in effect

Hi @VYAZ1CH,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd like to help!
I understand that this is Hardware issue. But the support here is limited to software troubleshooting. However, since the unit might need repair, I would request you to contact the Authorised Service Center in your region.
If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
